Kyuki it's not just driver. There is lot of fault in the construction of that flyover too.there r no bumps and also there is a big turning which is not done in right way.

Construction of the flyover is another thing really.

Would the accident have happened had the car not been in the speed? I don't think so. I will blame it solely on the driver in this particular incident. His speed was ridiculously high.
