I think it all depends upon the timing of pregnancy revelation...

If it is revealed before Komo's re-entry, Anurag will not doubt the child's praternity because at this juncture he knows that Prerna and Bajaj don't share husband and wife kind of relation in the literal sense.

If the revelation happens after Komo's entry, there is a fifty-fifty chance of either of any of these scenarios happening -

a) DNA report will be rigged by Komo or Bajaj or both (but that will put Anu in bad light because him demanding a DNA report and more importantly believing the fake report will make him irredeemable)

b) He might deny child's paternity in order to save both Prerna and the child from Komolika. Perhaps he will succumb to Komolika's blackmail to save them ( IMO, this scenario has a high probability of playing out).

No. The man who promised her that he will only love her , slept with her and married someone else to save HER family's ancestral house for whom she is ready to sell herself to naveen. Yet this man never loved his so called wife and stayed loyal to his love prerna. The man who was forgiven by prerna and for this man only prerna sacrificed her life to save him.
