I don't find the arti offensive but then I'm not religious I only believe in doing good by my fellow beings. In Prerna's defense, she has made is very clear to Bajaj that her heart beats only for anurag - her marriage to b is no ordinary marriage - he knows it was only a deal - she is NOT obligated to perform any ritual with him.. She has told him loud and clear than she can never stop loving anurag - so it's totally her choice whom she does the Pooja with..had this been a regular marriage, then perhaps it's odd.. but even in that situation if her heart wants to do the arti with anurag and she does it and if Bajaj has issues with that he can divorce her.. It's not like she's doing anything with anurag behind his back :)

With all due respect my dear, it is not about fictional Anurag, Prerna or Bajaj....it is about showing respect to Durga Pooja vidhi. If you choose to show something in your show, then show it with correct vidhi else don't show it at all.

She's not obligated to perform rituals with B. She can say she doesn't believe in her heart that he's the husband, though socially he is. And she can believe to be her true lover. But, somehow, the fact that she believes in her heart that A is her true husband (IF she does), doesn't go down well with me. Coz those things and rituals are for people married to each other. And for people who would be or want to be married to each other. Being married to one and wanting to be married to another are totally fine, coz the heart wants what it wants. But keep rituals out of this. Your heart's wishes do not need validation from God. God doesn't come and tell you, this love is pure. That love is not pure. Etc. People do what they want. Go ahead. Don't seem validation from God. This is my view.

Anu and Pre were married with matarani ke special sindoor. That means God also supports their marriage. This is just a symbolic representation of that. It shows God too doesn't support this deal of Baju and Pre as marriage. Baju should understand that.....he is not Pre's hubby, just the deal maker who snatched a wife from her hubby

hey dont worry. Dussehra ke baad Diwali bhi aayega na. bajju ka number bhi aayega.

ganpati puja bajju ke saath, durga puja anu ke saath and diwali puja bajju ke saath.........

ITV has always mocked the idea of marriage after showing supposed immense respect for the institution. But this is the first time I am seeing such huge mockery of rituals, pujas etc. Half the marriages on TV, are deals, majboori, arrangement, samjhauta, whatever. So that's still what happens in general. And I am not against P going and meeting A as well, coz I guess she made that explicitly clear to B that she belongs to A alone. If B feels bad about it, his fault. Why bring Puja? So if two people do Puja together, God wants them to be together? And if that is so, and they trust God so much, why not trust God a little more, and actually fight for your love instead of giving in to blackmail/deal? P could have walked out right? Saying, I believe my soulmate's goodness will prevail against B's treachery. And we have God's consent with us, and there's no way we would lose this. See, selective consent from God that is shown is Then they should have shown some abshagun during the wedding. Maybe, the Agni getting put out or something. Trust me, they have done that too before! Consent was unavailable for three four months huh? Then suddenly it's available again?

Uggh. 😆 Have you noticed their timeline? It's only the second day after Ganesh Utsav. That was the white saree + accident day. Next day was the striped saree + jail day. Now it's the red saree + Sharma day. And tomorrow is Navratri. And there's a gap of almost a month between the two festivals! 😆
