.Mr bajaj ko gussa as gaya and he sped the car..wow ! And he is justifying it and his mrs is buying the justification..yuck !

Hat off your thoughts Charu. You are one of the responsible person in the society. Hat off. 🤗

in other way, Anurag is also wrong as a pedestrian.

While a person is talking with mobile, walking or crossing the road is not acceptable. Because his/ her attention is totally grasp by the caller not the vehicles on the road. Mobile phone is the hidden killer that causes most of the accidents on the road.

When we consider the story, I feel that both mr. Bajaj and Anurag are wrong. Motor bike was going to hit Anurag before the car accident. But he did not aware the first sign of motor bike and stand on the road talking to his lover.

Forget anurag or Bajaj or prerna.

I believe we all shld be in jail for watching all this crap. Har din sochta hai chod denge iss show ko.But hota nahi😆. Lollipops pe jee rahe hain. Aur ekta ko ameer bana rahe hai

Even self harming oneself is a crime. And we r doing a mental torture to ourselves🤣

He may be wrong. But my point is , under the law also, the person with the vehicle which is capable of causing serious hurt or death is always more at fault so he is liable to be punished for negligence . When we drive most of times its a split of the moment mistake of either the person in front of you or yours..but see mr bajaj confessed that he "saw" anurag and sped his car..that's not even an accident which is unintentional. Nobody will buy his freezing brain theory . He should be punished for the crime he has committed. period.

Mobile was in one ear , he could have easily heard the horn if someone cared to warn..there is no justification for running over a person like that..

Charu what inhuman, inhuman banarahkahey.....What Bajaj did with Pre by manipulating her and taking advantage of her stupidity to trap her in a lifelong marriage just to serve as nanny to his daughter is inhuman too. Him withholding crucial evidence on an ongoing murder case knowingly is inhuman too as well as criminal.... Nothing new going on here....This time he has actually risked a life thats it....His sense of guilt or remorse for any of these actions is still ganta.

One would think that everybody elses basic rights as a human being as laid out by law, first starts with Bajaj and his wishes and then comes the other fellow human beings. Specially if others are deemed boring and stupid then they deserve everything that Bajaj dishes out to them apparently.

Under the new traffic laws in India hefty fines and punishments have been introduced for traffic violators. Too bad they left out pedestrians.

Nahi toh it wud be... Chal tera accident hua na... Chal jail ja ya fine bhar 🤪

It's surely a criminal offence. Running away from the accident spot is a criminal offence. And whether he came back to check on him is lolworthy argument.

Just for the general knowledge of some peeps, suppose if i am crossing a green signal and from the other side a biker breaks a red signal and there is a Collison, inspite of being the bikers mistake , the car driver will be punished. If the biker survives ,he will get away with breaking red signal fine and the car driver will have to pay for the damages of life or property or both lifelong (In case he dies) along with whatever the punishment .....that's how the law in India is.... It's good for those who drive. Lol

The day crossing the road without zebra crossing will become a punishable offence in India, a section of offence will decrease on bajaj. and now can they show something sensible here or they need ayushman to tell him to surrender 😡 hit and run free with promotion.

in my country unintentional accident is not a criminal offence but an offence...jail term...license ban and fine is the punishment...mostly i never see people flee away in my country...they help and even the onlookers help...i have help an accident victim once n the guy cause the accident was with me too and also surrender himself to the police...

intentional accidents doesn't happen in my country...the rates are nil

i guess countries implement different rules n regulations

everyday i see accidents in the highway road of my country while going to work early morning...some are massive accident and some are minor accidents..since it causes a jam...we could see clearly

I agree on that running away is definitely a criminal offence but than we don't know one run away in what state of mind...so till proven guilty it can't be term as criminal offence...there are certain occassions of the person causes accident run away but than conscience kills him/her surrender to the police

when a life is taken away unintentionally...it burdens your soul and the will of living
