Anurag was clearly jaywalking. No doubts abt that. Sadly Jaywalking is not a punishable offense in India like in other many developed countries.

And those who dont know Google it. . It doesn't give an excuse to Bajaj though to hit him . And then just panic and come back later.

Bajaj will go to jail. But he is no murderer.

Even as per Indian law, he cannot be charged with murder.

Driving responsibly is obviously needed.

But even before that, when a person driving on road sees even a bump, or an animal or any big object, it's an instinct to steer your vehicle to dodge it. Whereas, bajajs natural instinct after seeing a fellow HUMAN BEING was to speed up his vehicle in rage.

where i live, hit and RUN is a crime and treated as one - no one can prove that your hit was a genuine accident if you bloody flee the scene like a heartless human - after causing severe bodily injury the the person you hit - OK you hit by accident - but you are obliged then to stop and see how best you can render help - be it first yourself or calling the paramedics if there is nothing you can do - hitting and running can lead to murder charges for accidental homicide if the accident victim dies! no one knows if you had planned it or not! you didn't even stop to help!

it has its punishment...jail n fine or fine and ban the license for few years only but criminal is a strong word what happened b/w Bajrag was not a murder but an unintentional accident...

As a audience, many gave a benefit of doubt n didn't pass judgement on Friday or even Monday.. Cause the thought they would whitewash with brake fail etc

But them justifying intentional accident done out of anger is not good.. I would be happy to buy brake fail theory if they had done.. Not a hit n run case that can be justified in anyway..

I cannot predict how PreRish would go from here, and I cannot even guess with this attitude of Prerna, AnuPre would be together or not. I hope Prerna leaves both men and go somewhere else with Kuki. I agree with all your points accept the part about pre leaving both the men...IF Pre is better off Anu because of so called, stalking and hitting her after marriage with Bajaj, then Pre has done the same stalking (whether for revenge or not) and hitting Anu too after he got married to Komo. And Anu did not leave her pregnant knowingly so I fail to see how could he be held responsible for something he is unaware of..What he did at the time he did both for his family AND PRE and Pre's family to........If you want to hold Pre and Anu to two different sets of standards it fine....I'll just agree to disagree here with you.

But about Pre leaving both if it is her choice I don't care....IT's HER CHOICE...but I would not agree she had to do so because Anu was beneath her.

Even if she want to be with Bajaj too because she WANTS TO then its still her choice.....But not because I believe Bajaj is a better person...BUT BECAUSE ITS HER OWN CHOICE. It would be sad for Anu in that case, but it happens....Life happens...she moved on with in a space of a couple of months....Still its he life, her choice. I just want her to clarify that and I would no more question Pre for anything.
