I think there is significance of all of them being in the Basu house. The moment Prerna leaves she will leave as Mrs Prerna Sharma Bajaj without any signs of Prerma Sharma Basu in her. The symbolism being that she will leave her past behind and fully be Mrs Bajaj no ifs and buts.
