Yes. Nivi and Mohini have been nothing but horrible to Prerna. But they turned out every bit true all along, that Prerna was never right for Anurag.

So let's not even talk about self respect and AnuPre at the same breath. It'll be a mockery. Sassy Pre was nothing but trashy Pre , with her forced wife drama and the whole extremely cringeworthy sautan fights , sindur and mangalsutra talks. It was abhorrent. And some people actually liked this track ?? Like , seriously?? They thought Prerna was something to root for in that track ?? It was plain unbearable, the way MoNiv literally trashed her every moment. If she'd even a modicum of self respect during her Anurag love phase , she would've left that damned family and never looked back.

No woman with an iota of self respect will fall for Basu son , after how they treated not just her but also her family. And Anurag silently enabled it always. Always. MoNiv are after all the two most important women in his life , especially Mohini his mother.

Mohini would've made her life hell. The fact that she'd to agree to making naukar ki beti her dil was something she never accepted from her heart. She tried to stop the marriage till the last moment, conspiring all the way. Characterless, immoral, ugly , manhoos, shameless, servant daughter, koi aukaad nehi , money hungry, thief , gold digger are some of the lovely choicest words she'd keep lavishing on Prerna again and again, while her son played blind , deaf and mute very conveniently and Prerna too !

No wonder , the only time I find a glimpse of strong Prerna is when she's with Bajaj and being Mrs Bajaj. She is learning from her husband how to find her own footing and becoming the woman she's meant to be , truly strong and finally free to hold her head high. She's got a jem of a husband for which she'll thank her stars with heartfelt gratitude.

Thissss. Exactly this. I watched then to see hina as komolika and i was purely disgusted by the whole track. I couldnt even continue watching. The man humiliated her, deserted her and married another women and what does she do? Packs her bags and walks into bb with pandit in tow to claim her haq as pehli biwi. Their were people who applauded her then, calling her sassy *major eyeroll* she became the best FL for not giving up on her love for some.

And then she followed the man on his honeymoon, trying to spoil it, called mahila morcha, tried to get him to put sindoor and what all nonsense. Prerna 1 would have slapped her silly for this nonsense. I still remember P1s dialogue to anu, when hes with komo something like 'meri thareeki main tum aapna barbadi dekhoge', and successful she did become.

Anyway, coming to the last sentence, i do appreciate and love mrB's character, and all he will do to make prerna a strong women, but personally i dont feel you can build a house on the ruins of someone else's dream's. His arc is required for her to become strong and him to learn to listen to his heart. But i dont see this marraige lasting. But hopefully, it will setup the base for their relationship thereafter, him loving her selflessly and being their for her at the lowest of the lows.
