Now is the worst possible time for her as the as the baby to be born.

It's easy to throw around words like kick butts , leave everything and everyone and live her own life. If only life were that easy.

Our next house neighbor beats his wife every single day, everyone knows about it , he's also having an affair, yet the wife ( they've no children) couldn't leave her husband's house and this hell of a life because she's nowhere else to go and she's aware that her options are between prostitution, suicide or staying at her husband's house , working hard like a maid , bearing every single torture, because she's still having at least the security of her body , and food and clothing and roof. Reality is dark, tough and bleak. Look around . So many women are bearing with so much with gritted teeth on a daily basis because they have no other respectable options.

Before calling Prerna weak , let's give her some realistic advise regarding how she can have an alternative life that she can live with dignity. Right now , she's none. Absolute none. Unless she demands money from Bajaj for her service as Kuki's care giver. But then where's the dignity in that ??

So, that's the kind of mindset this show is trying to justify here. To bottle it all up because it's an ugly world out there, just for the sake of drama. To not even have courage to fight back & always be miserable with all sort of majbooris in life, even when there are chances to escape. To just continue bear it all, only because you are a woman with vulnerabilities. To always be ready to bear it all from all sides because you have so many damn majbooris, which are nothing but stupidity of your own mind. To be torn between love & duty all the time, while none cares about you. To prioritize men who aren't likely to give 2 hoots about your existence unless it wasn't about their own needs, over parents who begged to be told the truth.

And that's what we have reduced our men too, to only be providers & protectors with their narcissistic self, devoid of any empathy or understanding of other side. To throw reminder of woman's responsibility on her face when something goes wrong about their own. To make it all about themselves. While there is a dark reality like that, then we have a show that is going miles & length to portray how there is nothing wrong with this even today while we still have to show women all sanskaari, sacrificial, submissive, torn between love & duty in her own misery, while no side is considerate enough to see it now. What exactly was Bajaj thinking when he took the decision to shift to Basu Badi. He is supposed to be a man to understand Prerna like no other, then what happened to that?

Prerna did start her own publication, which they forgot because they had to show her being a sacrificial doormat. Bajaj won a deal on her name but now her only responsibility is to babysit his child, not do anything else, while he can claim to be the provider to the family.

Prerna 2 is one pathetic character & others around her exploit it for their own purpose, including Bajaj. And that's the female lead for the present generation.

Even Prerna 1 was miles ahead with the control she had over everything.

I loved dil hi toh hai . I just loved both the seasons..and kehne ko..have you seen broken? Its better than these 2..her web series are definetly better..But daily soap format is different . I am glad rishta series is doing well . They are bakwas and boring at times but at least they show that the serials can work without the negative elements too..I don't watch anything else..recently I got addicted to some paki shows again.

All they have to do it is to look at Sony shows. They are daily soaps as well & the content is mindblowing there.

Pakistani & Turkish shows are great. Even Chinese & Koreans are good. They touch some really sensitive plots there & one thing great about them is their female leads.

Look at Fatmagul, Feriha, Hayat, Bihter & so many others in Turkish shows. They face shit in life but they fight it back to win.

Look at Kashaf, Khirad, Kiran, Bano, Aiman, Sadaf & so many other female characters. They inspire you in a way to what it is like to stand for self-esteem, self-respect.

Nothing is wrong in telling Anurag or anyone truth. Have the courage to be truth.

Sacrifice isn't considered sacrifice if that act doesn't cause any good. Her act might saved life of Anurag but create toxic environment for everyone.

I don't know why should she not fight anyone. This track should have been copy-pasted from season 1,even with the revenge track of Bajaj.

Prerna 1 pendulum wasn't as bad as Prerna 2 pendulum to be honest.

You have to understand that most people go to show or movie forums to give 'woke' ( does not matter how much absurd or far from reality they are ) comments, judge people and get entertained as much as possible while they are at it .

Of course Prerna has absolutely no way to leave both Bajaj and Anurag while she is 4-5 months pregnant !! Her mother ( the way she has been shown ) would have a heart attack just thinking about the social slander their family would have to face . Her family can not support her in this state...they don't have that money, connection and social status . It's laughworthy to suggest her to go some far place...you wrote precisely why she can't ! Forceful marriage isn't acceptable in Indian law as consent is not there. Prerna can get immediate divorce and alimony from Bajaj. She can get 50% property of Bajaj. Why she is waiting? Anurag is safe now. What is the point of staying with him.

I think she has immense power over both anurag and bajaj but she fails to excercise it. The issue here is not that nobody wants her in their life. The issue is that everybody wants her in their life and she has to take a firm stand against her choice. Live by her choice. Thats all. If she tells the truth to anurag and her family they may try to find a solution incase she wants to walk away with the marriage. She wants to stay with Mr bajaj as his wife , well Nd good, nobody can force her otherwise. But in this scenario she will get the respect that she deserves from anurag and her families.

Anurag will welcome her with open arms ,she and his child . Provided she chooses her happiness and love . If she has made up her mind regarding bajaj and her marriage , what's the problem? Just assert herself but first tell the truth to everyone and 90%of the problems will vanish.

2. I don't think the 50% property is valid in India. Look at most couples in India, it's not US where Jeff Bezos had to give away half his wealth. Here people pay hefty alimony.

3. Domestic violence. And why would she do that? When the hell did that happen? And if you are suggesting a false case, if Prerna were that morally shallow, then she'd have backed out of the marriage in Point 1. Not get married and then file for domestic violence. And truth be told, I can't handle a woman filing a false case like that. Puts her in bad light. And she's too morally upright to do that.

4. She can tell Anurag. But her belief that that would ruin him is far greater than her love for him or her yearning to go back to him. And why would she ask money from him? Bajaj told her he accepted her with her child right? So that means he'd sponsor.

Points 5 and 6 are absolutely valid. But this is a TV show. 😆 So the show wouldn't be appealing if she were shown going to Government offices and banks for loans etc. This is not the kind of show that shows that. There are serials. But this is not the one.

What I would suggest to her, life with Bajaj isn't seeming impossible now coz she actually cares for Kuki. Why can't she study, take Bajaj's help for her education? Finish it, find a job, have a baby, or run that publication Division of his, become more independent, eventually pay back whatever Bajaj paid her, and then go for a divorce? And then decide if she wants to be with A or B.
