Anu's takeover of Bajaj Ind & BM, A Strategic Plan of Mr.Bajaj?

In a game of chess, pieces can sometimes be sacrificed in order to win the overall game. Similarly Bajju sacrificed BM to win over Basus and ruin them completely.
gain a tempo (marrying Pre) that forces the opponent (Anu) to waste his time & move dealing with some threat (losing Pre).
wait for your opponent to make some stupid mistake and you capitalize on it------> Bajju even warned Anu about his stupid move of BM takeover.
Mr.Bajaj Strategic Plan to destroy Basus:
1. he let Pre know about Basu-Buyout file(disclosed intentionally).
2. he handed over the file to Pre and promised her that he will not destroy basus and just leave them----> won Pre's trust (temporarily though) for letting Basus go.
3. Bajju waiting for Anu to make a bad move---> Bajaj Ind & BM takeover karke Anu seeda sher ke muh mein apna sar rakh diya.
4.Mr.Bajaj requested Anu to not to takeover BM for the sake of Kuki's happiness---> a move aimed at winning Pre's sympathy.
5. let(didn't stop) Mrs.Bajaj go and request Anu to not to kick Bajajs out of BM. he knows that Anu wont listen to her---->a move to make Pre angry/hate on Anu.
6.make Pre herself motivate/encourage Bajaj to take on Basus by handing over the Basu-Buyout file to him.
7. now Bajaj can fully concentrate on 'Mission Barbadi of Basus'.
