I am amazed to see the consistency in the story and such strong characters. So wished to write this one!
So finally, today we saw the much hyped about bajaj family and the reason y bajaj married prerna...n to say the least, the fond memories in the heart of this yhm fan were hurt to the deepest!!
Creatives are trying their level best to create sympathy or some emotions for bajaj n Sneha n ba-pre n all that...but they r miserably failing. It's unbelievable that in 2 meets, Sneha developed so much affection for prerna...so much that her health is showing positive changes. Secondly Mr Bajaj. If he claims to be such a caring n loving father n nothing matters to him more than his daughter, how can he just leave his darling daughter to die on streets or on the stairs? Let's assume it was just a coincidence that he saw these incidents n he was not actually with her...but which loving father won't go n pacify a terrified daughter? If he can leave everything n go to her school just on a single phone call only because her finger is injured a bit, will he not similarly go n hug her seeing her face such a deadly situation or will he just keep seeing a lady n admiring her? For god's sake dear cvs, decide whether bajaj is a loving father or he is a careless father. Even an apparently ruthless careless man like Raman who wouldn't show any love for ruhi used to take care of her when she would be in pain...they why Mr Bajaj who openly loves his daughter can't do the same?
Then comes the ba-pre marriage. What was the need to get married in first place? Ok, practical Bajaj thought it was required. What was the need to hide this reason? In that state n desperation to save Anu, prerna didn't even bother about the reason y Bajaj wanted to marry her, so there was no chance she would deny after learning about Sneha. Ok, he didn't tell. Now what right time was he waiting for? N what so right happened now that he told now? I suppose prerna stayed in Bajaj mansion on her wedding night... didn't she spot kuki in the house already? What non-sense forced marriage it was! Only because the truth was hidden, the same contract marriage for motherless daughter due to her love for a lady looks so much in a bad light now as against the iconic IshRa wedding and their gathbandhan by ruhi. The wedding was for ruhi and both ishita Raman made every effort to make her a part of the wedding function, whereas here the girl for whom all the drama happened has zilch idea about it!
Then comes stupid prerna. When the hell is she gonna stand up for herself! Girl, please decide for yourself. Either stand against bajaj n leave him n everything about him, or accept Ur new life n live happily. For how long is she gonna live like this ghut ghut k? If she is not happy with bajaj n his ways, I can not understand how she is accepting everything that he throws at her, except she stops him touching her. She says just one line that I could have helped Sneha even without marriage, that's it? Could she not say a single line about her own unborn child which has been separated from his father? N the next moment she runs to Sneha n doing her aayagiri? I don't want her to be bad with Sneha due to Bajaj...but what was that today? She didn't even take time to digest that she is suddenly a mother of girl!!! That's a big thing. I remember how ishita used to get worried or fumble or she would need toshi's advice in the early days on how to be a mother. Even after being experienced with ruhi, when adi entered her life as a son, she had confessed that she didn't know how to handle him as she became a mother of a teenager overnight. Where was this thought in Prerna's mind!!!?? Like toshi had explained to ishita, ek aurat shaant baith sakti hai, par ek maa ko sherni banna hi padta hai n rest is the history... what a jhaansi ki Rani ishita had become!! I hope this prerna too turns into a sherni n gives back to people who r doing wrong to her or her child(ren), including her so called husband.
I do not expect the story n characters to be exactly similar like yhm. But if they r trying to sell it with this Cupid daughter plot, then let me warn, it's going totally wrong due to all these reasons. Also, as much as Erica n jia r cute together, I feel no mother-daughter bonding between them whatsoever which should be a must in this plot...like ishita n ruhi connected in their introduction scene itself...or even in the first promo itself. Also Erica herself looks too young n this weird saree draping gives even lesser motherly vibes. Maybe they look good as maasi n neice.
And last...Anurag!! Boy, go take revenge from bajaj but please don't forget Ur morals n ethics...that's not u!! I will be blazing guns at Anu if he one more time tells nivi that Baba has given me the rights to run this business my way...stop it right there before u regret Anu!! Dear writers, please don't create a mess out of that respectful innocent Anu, please please don't! Be clearer in Ur minds before u write a plot n ull be able to write a really consistent story without butchering any character. Right now, all three of them r messed up, please sort it out soon before it's too late (which already almost is).
