Jokes aside, there was a difference in what Pre & Anu said.

Anu said that in a business meeting where he is used to listen such things again & again & that doesn't bother him. Anu says it in front of Prerna who was sitting beside Bajaj to give more weight to Bajaj.

Bajaj didn't defend himself anywhere in front of Prerna except one thing about how he wants to sleep with her. Prerna called him evil & what not, he listened, she told him to not touch her first time, he listened & put forward his point politely. But then she went ahead with SR rant second time & he ended the debate with a rude retort.

Both said a different kind of slander.

he finds absolute joy in his own slander because in that way he doesn't have to bear the burden of being good. And his rivals know of this nature already. He himself said that "Badnaami me alag hi nasha hai" to Anu in his first meeting.

this is precisely why his character is intriguing ... he is enjoying their tamashas be it Anurag or Nivi .. even Prerna .. he lets them talk till they are done and says couple of lines ... and drives a point home

Anurag with his inexperience and immaturity is trying to trap or bring down a man who goes by chess moves, balanced words and calculated risks (with all in poker game) he goes by "har cheez ka sahi time hota hai " ... his reaction to Nivi's rant/lecture in the lobby will be repeated here .....

he doesn't care for his badnaami or rather he loves it ... and his business partners are more interested in profits without caring for his personal life .

If Anurag has to deal with Bajaj... he shd take a deep breath.. get hold of himself and wait like a lion ... for the sahi time to attack and get back to bajaj ... but given the emotional space he is in .. I doubt he would be able to do that atm .

As Bajaj said, time is everything. If Anu doesn't learn to act now, it will be too late for him. Sometimes, one doesn't get the chance to weep when in crisis. This is crisis of Anu's life & if he really wants to defeat Bajaj, he can't waste time in destroying himself.

Both of these Prem Pancchis should start learning some things from Bajaj. Bht kaam ayega inke.

God knows what these Basu siblings are thinking. Nivi wanted to expose Bajaj, as if he's some scamster. He's a ruthless Mogul not some slimy fraud. 😆 He wasn't the one hell bent on hiding his wedding. He almost invited Anurag for the wedding. Why can't they highlight some other business traits of his? If Anurag had said, he's very unethical, he brings people down by deceit. He bribes union leaders etc. Or he forces bankers to stop their lending facilities to businesses so they run out of liquidity. Unethical practices. Make sense. Ghar thodna and all what bullshit
