Bang on. She brings that Sonakshi kind of thought process somewhere for this role too & I think she herself must be confused about how this character really operates. The disconnect comes there.

Completely agree. My opinion is also quite similar.

From what I have seen her in previous shows, Erica's acting is more suited to a subtle and witty role. While P's role demands the opposite. And it needs conviction for the audience to buy the script which is quite OTT most of the times.

Acting is quite similar to singing I feel. A great singer cannot sing all types of songs. That doesn't mean s/he is a bad singer at all. Just not suited for it.

@TM: good of choice words for the title. But do not agree that she is a terrible actress. Her acting skills will justify in different kind of a role.

She was really bad as Sonakshi too, she made me quit the show, she cannot deliver normal lines, her bad acting is just more obvious in this show, as the character is written for a good actor, who can pull it off, which she is not! Sonakshi was a damn easy character to portray and she was average at best at doing that!

Regarding other actresses? Most overact, but I think I prefer overacting over non-acting!

I came to kasauti post watching her previous show, but i watched her previous show post seeing her in kasauti promo title track😆

I really wished either makers replace her or eri left this show..... It's really painful to see her as a crappy character like prerna... And they are wasting her talent too..... Neither the story is good nor the character Pre is digestible...... And now every IF fans r blaming Eri now.... Hope she left this show and some other actress do justice with this shitty character

I think Erica is not suited for Prernas role. Maybe surbhi jyothi cud hav played it. Then anurag could have been played by sharad malhotra.

jab thak Erica is Prerna, we don't have to discuss about other actors/shows/characters not even season 1 and it's actors .
