Boss Season 2: yay or nay?

Alt Balaji is coming soon with season 2 of Boss- Baap of special services series on its OTT platform.

The series was a superhit having Karan Singh Grover in the lead role. This has been a sex thriller web series that has supposedly broken records at Alt Balaji. The series has witnessed phenomenal fan following and Ekta Kapoor is into cashing on this popularity with the release of season 2 soon. She is in talks with producer Ankoosh Bhatt for making the sequel to the series- Boss.

This is a trend with web series to come up with season 2 of the successful ones, which have an even bigger budget and better focus on the storyline. The same is being repeated with this sex thriller – Boss. Nothing has been finalized so far about the female lead which was earlier played by Sagarika Ghatge. But season 2 would be coming up sometime soon for sure.

Season 1 has witnessed con man character Sudhir Kohli played by Karan moving away from cop Sakshi played by Sagarika Ghatge. She promises to catch up with him. This ending has paved the way for enough leads to carry on the story forward.

The producer and Alt Balaji want to set the bar higher in the next sequel so they are waiting for more engaging content that can be enacted in the series.

But fans are eagerly waiting for season 2 of Boss which will have Karan in leads. The series had a strong concept with the leads playing cops.

The year 2019 has been lucky for Karan who has two successful series in his kitty to make him demanded star onscreen. After Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 and the success of Boss, Karan Singh Grover aka KSG is back in the action with a bang after a clam down.
