Actually, it's Prerna's fault that she decided to not reveal about this prergnancy to Anu till now when she had so many chances.

She revealed that to bajaj who will be unbothered by it. Prerna gets to keep the baby since Bajaj won't go to the extent of asking her to go for abortion as that will be a hammer on his character. Bajaj will give his name to the child & it will be on Prerna to prove the paternity of the child to Anu.

So, technically Prerna herself will create this rift by hiding it from Anu.
