She chose shortcut instead of long path to fight for the man she loves by marrying Bajaj. And that is entirely her own doing. AnuPre's dumbness & indecisiveness is the sole reason for Bajaj winning till now. That was exactly what made Komo win for so long. You have to be prepared to play the game when you know others are playing you without an ounce of regret & restraint. The holier than thou attitude doesn't help in the grey world.

till now bajaj didnot say pre to marry him. He said leave Anurag, here also Bajaj main target is Anu. He want to hit on Anu weak point that is pre. He didnot show any interest in pre till now. Why are you assuming future track and bashing Bajaj ???

I meant intent under law which has NOTHING to do with perception of audience. Section 375 of the IPC has a very clear definition of rape. When judges interpret the law and make judgements they look at the intent of the individual and the specific circumstances. Trying to win a point by simplistically saying any man who have sex with a woman before marriage thinking they are going to get married and then happens to marry someone else, is committing rape is just fake news.

There are many thinks that Anurag did wrong in that track and you are welcome to focus on that but there is no need to throw words like rape unnecessarily.

In the recent case, SC has actually said that it's not rape if its consensual. The whole pretext of marriage thing is stupid when in live-in. Man said he would marry you & you believed him & gave willing consent to sex. It's not rape because active consent was there. People in relationship are not legally bound to marry each other no matter how many big promises you made to the partner.

Prerna had sex with Anu because Anu promised marriage & she believed him. Anu didn't rape her since she gave her consent to the act. If Anu married her then the marriage should have been registered in the court to make it legal or there should have been witnesses who saw that Mandir marriage which will work as testimony to Prerna's claim that she was married to Anu. Only Prerna's claim will not work if Anurag denied it openly & married Komo in front of everyone since there is no credible evidence except claim of one party. Law operates on evidence. It's unfair but that's how it is. Evidence is the exact same thing that saves people from false convictions in real world.

Rape is a serious issue with a legal definition. Don't twist it just because one didn't get things in their own way & make it difficult for those who actually get raped.

Reality is different than these TV soaps where they show all this stupidity. Snap out of it.

Yes there are lot of things that Bajaj can also be doing to acquire companies legally rather than bribing and cheating his way into situations... to be honest starting with getting some proper night clothes.😉

If it's a deal then Prerna should actually check the evidence before actually giving her consent. If she doesn't check Bajaj's claim twice about the evidence then she has to be the biggest idiot & anything that happens with her is because of her own stupidity. If Prerna is smart enough to have evidence against Komo, Mohini, then she shouldn't be stupid enough to believe Bajaj at face value when he has declared to be the open enemy in every way.
