There is no peeth peeche attack as komo gave him the imp files which cud destroy him and anurag is solely responsible for being this irresponsible . Anurag ke property papers were with komo, his business secrets and office secrets. If she gave away everything to bajaj, how is it bajajs fault ? He took advatange of anurags weakness . If anyone gets rival co weakness in their hands they will use it in their favour. Rest , whatever is mr bajajs motivation behind doing it , we will get to know later.

So if he is doing peeth peeche or upar neeche se vaar , anurag is the one who will have to learn to fight and survive in business.

Moni - aisa nahi hota in real world you know. When you setup any company in the market, it’s always you vs all others. Aisa nahi ke chain ke neend so jaao once your company is established and you dont even have the share informations (BP is still a pvt company right so it’s easier to track shares). A businessman also never sleeps as he needs to be fully aware of his surroundings. It’s not an easy job. No one will come announcing your upcoming doom. They will first strike and then inform.

Buying and selling shares are completely legal and the sellers are answerable to the boards. I didnt ever see any board meetings on this yet. What are they waiting for ? Bajaj didn’t bring any new company yet, but his name is around for a while now. What are the actions taken so far to safeguard the company ?
