I added some parts to the previous comments.again it all boils down to ethics and values. Would a man who builds his empire by squashing people of their livelihood live with himself? If he can, he is vile and can do that to anybody. Would I want a man like this in my life? NO. because a man like this has no soul. This is his core value and today it is strangers and next is will be people who love him. As the obsession to win takes over everything else.
A highly successful businessman does not equate to a good human being. Depends on who one wants in their life. Money or values??
Just saw the movie Bazaar with saif. Bajaj is like main character Shakun in that movie whose wife finally left him as she could not live with an unscrupulous man however rich he was.

True what you said is right, because you are judging the man from his professional life. And you are very right that, there might not be a difference in his personal life too, he can do anything to make his personal life a success too or he can ruin everything in his personal life to make his professional life a success. But how many times has someone's personally life affected by their professional life? OFC the ones who are very immature and don't know how to handle things. Don't judge Bajaj on the basis of how he crushes companies. If he had been a very rutheless and all the adjective you have used to describe him to be, he would have thrown the guy who didn't stand up to pay his Respects and even the employees of various other companies after taking over them. He clearly doesn't do that. It proves he keeps things professional not personal. And he isn't all those tahat you called him with. Also another point Because i go into so much of details of a character,he does tell the textile company owner that his company now might be sold at less than 50crs, if BAJAJ was really that bad man after seeing the falling stock rates he would have had reduced his price tag to even a lesser rate than said. He didn't he bought the company at the price he has stated before. Anyone else would had taken that failing company for even lesser a price! After all Zubaan di thi. Says a lot about a man though he appears ruthless ethicless moralless and soulless.
