Reason for prerna bajaj shipping in season 1 - Page 3

OK, I loved ST and CK . I kept rooting for Anu-Pre and after 20 year leap, changed my loyalty to PRB.

For me, both the couples are beautiful and special. For me the reason why I moved on from Anurag to Bajaj was the terrible butchering of Anu's character.

I initially disliked Bajaj, but ST -RR was one of the most beautiful couples of ITV.

Also, I don't agree with someone's comment that CK couldn't act. I think he was superb, and so were Shweta and Ronit Sir. All were excellent. It was the only the character of Anurag which was below average, not the actor . I loved Cezanne and Ronit , more than Shweta

Bajaj was liked because Prerna liked him, as simple as that, if Prerna didn’t like him then Bajaj would not have been liked. Even for this new Bajaj to work Prerna will have to like him.

true even if they dont show prejaj marriage ppl will love him because it was played by RR ppl love RR as he played the RB character so well

but it cant be forget he is invoved in prems death then plot bomb in anus office .he is just a bloody criminal thats it .

here allready giving the vibes that he will be criminal again

but lets wait hows it play out & most imp who will play the role

RB’s development will all depend on how much are they willing to butcher AB’s character..

Well the facts cannot be changed right that too when it’s written in the past ? RB’s character was so so interesting and RR’s portrayal was what made people like Bajaj. It had literally nothing to do with Prerna. I mean he was the first anti-hero with grey shades back then. He was shown as a business tycoon who offered a proposal to Prerna to accept or reject. In his head, he did not blackmail her to marry him and he would have been okay had she rejected too, at least that was what was shown. He was dignified, he was kind of ‘keep his words’ type man and respectful towards the woman he brought home. His entry was in BMW and some scenes about him appreciating art and how ruthless he is otherwise - I still remembering fighting with myself for not liking him as I was dieheart AP fan 🤣. At that point of time, none of Ekta’s character offered such things. So yeah, a bit of credit also goes to the writing and originality of the character.

Later on it became out-of-hand-kind of popular when the concept changed to Prerna trying to bring out the good man out of his otherwise hard exterior. People fell for that right left and center when RB’s characters were changing slowly i.e. starting to believe in love, God, family etc. In 2 months, it did the unrepairable damage to AP, if I can safely say so now considering PRB stayed married till P died. 😎
