Overpossessive AB

Saw today's epi and wow!! I love that how Anurag can show extreme possessiveness without the stereotypical pinning on the wall or 'tum sirf Meri ho' chant.And yes the guy is extremely possessive and jealous of Prerna and Vikrant and that's not just bcoz Vikrant is a guy.Anurag is threatened by Vikrant bcoz he saved her when he couldn't that's why.It has nothing to do with his &Vikrant's past or Prerna-Vikrant partnership.In fact he had been jealous and possessive the moment Prerna mentioned someone else saving her.You'd expect him to be happy that she's back but No!

And that's bcoz the foundation of his & Prerna's relationship was built on Anurag saving Prerna be it from fire or Naveen Babu.To him it's his and Prerna's thing, unique to them, just like couple's hv certain songs or certain places that is just theirs.U r not supposed to share it with anyone else.Throughout their journey from acquaintances to husband-wife it was him & only him who willingly risked everything to save her and he'll do it again and again, this is what makes them special to one another no matter what is their relationship status.Being there for Prerna to save her is HIS THING! But Vikrant came along and put an end to Anurag's hatrick!So now even a simple handshake feels intolerable to Anurag, because now Anurag feels that his special place in Prerna's life is being usurped by Vikrant.In tomorrow's episode he's going to threaten this man,who isn't even crushing on Prerna (what's wrong with Vikrant?!),bcoz they danced, while I am sure forgetting that he practically gave Naveen Babu's proxy in all the Prerna-Naveen wedding rituals in the initial days!

True that.. Saving Prerna is kind of his thing.. Actually that is kind of Anurag's character trait in general. He did save komo from riots, then shivi from that psycho guy during holi.. Anurag Basu has self appointed himself as the Knight in shining armor for all damsels in distress.. But he has only 1 queen. For such a guy how intolerable must it be that, he cannot directly come to his own wife's defence, and another man has to. Especially seeing that in his own twisted thinking, he's still saving her behind the scenes.

That being said I don't think that Anurag has any right to be even remotely jealous of prerna or ever raise a single question. He went away on a honeymoon with komo for gods sake... All prerna did was hesitantly dance with the guy in a public party. He has been doling out hefty doses of bitterness towards prerna, and now its his turn to swallow it.

Help karne ki bimari hain...

Looks like the obsession and possession is one way street for anurag ..where is komo baby now? Short term memory loss 😃

Ikr in today's episode Prerna wasn't even offended by his qs, instead she kept saying how Vikrant was better than him and how much she likes him.If she keeps going on like this he might end up declaring her as his wife in front of the whole world!

It's lyk ever since Vikrant came,he's completely forgotten Komolika and how dangerous she can be.Which reminds me of my earlier posts where I had compared Mohini and Anurag on how similar they r emotionally.Prerna is the centre of his universe,and, according to him right now his place in her life is in danger so everything else can wait!The same reason why Mohini rushed AnuLika marriage and AnuShka engagement,both the times,she didn't like AnuPre closeness.And these women were safe,Anurag never defied his mother for them.It was only for Prerna that he defied her time and again,making Prerna a threat to Mohini's position in his life.

On a side note,I loved the electronic guitar version of the title today,it suits the couple more that the original title track,I find the original title track especially the woman's part more suited for kzk1 couple

honeymoon was never on his mind...and when kom pushed herself on to him , he slapped her hard and said main sirf prerna ka hoon....so I say that Anu has all teh right to be jealous and what not... I am actually waiting for all teh shades of possesiveness and jealousy... now it is going to be fun...imagine the torture he will go through when he mistakenly think that pre is preggers with bajaj/ vikrant...omg...goosebumps...bring on the fun creatives

Dear the day he will "MISTAKENLY " think the baby is some one else ...that will the end of prena n anurags love story. Cause this will prove anurag never trusted prerna. She has no character.

Done with his blunders now this mistake will be end of Anurag ...even won't stand as a MAN

CV be very careful before u mess with this. u guys has enough humiliated prerna character as a woman...please be responsible for this society n show some respect to WOMAN now.

And that's why am scared. The insecure and over possessive traits of Anurag Basu is back with Anu2 !

Now EK has a good chance of ruining AnuPre again by making Anurag suspect her in future!

What a doomed story !
