Anurag is a great guy yr . But every girl wants a boy who can stand with her and stay with her . Anurag decision although for Prerna broke her heart as well as his own . People like Komolika should be punished not , be encouraged by bending towards them . Anurag s step was same like kaisi yeh yarriyan thing , where Manik sacrificed his love for his friend who loved Nandini as well . He thought that his friend was more better than him . But he did realise his folly that no one has right to leave the person he loves saying he is not worth her .

It's not just the Sharma house! Anurag feels indebted cuz of the doctor Kom called from London, for getting basu publications the govt contract that saved their company from sinking...Anurag is not just responsible for Prerna but in Moloy's absence the responsibility of the entire Basu house too falls on his shoulders. And worst is that he was prepared for none of this happening...!

Just wishing he had not made the needless sacrifice

Didn't Anurag say he could have offered a house to pre easily in the episode ?

Komo can do anything but she will never get Anurag.. He is just dead meat around her

Anurag's behaviour was not acceptable after all those promises he made and gave strength when Prerna had insecurities...period

Now, moving on I want Prerna to build that confidence in anu. If she goes the stone hearted way, she would as well disappoint me

Its about how every person connects to the character and that is definitely different

If she doesn't do it, hers won't be acceptable

But even before the show started, Ekta said that the story is about two people being for each other and NOT WITH each other.

@ boy wonder. Anurag has Saviour complex. Period. He took upon himself to save pre from marrying navu nd almost got killed twice. But i was impressed how he can see thru navu nd his intentions when others clearly turned blind eye. He also tried his best to expose him at every step by constantly putting forth the facts abt navu.

But now the same complex has made him mute. He could continue sharing abt their real financial situation with his family like how thy hve hit a brick wall abt his love interest nd brainstorm regarding moving fwd. In fact the sharmas are better aware of their situation than Basus. Also he has fed the high nd mighty ego of mohini nd nivi by keeping them in dark by marrying komo nd maintaing their status quo. Why cant thy compromise on their lifestyle nd find out what it is like to live as middle class.. a word thy are very fond of using to pick people(disgusting).

Also anu is making himself as a pawn in the hands of komo who now has the advantage of using him according to her wish by using the names prerna and sharmas. I dont see him getting away frm her clutches anytime soon.

Is this a sacrifice worth making. And once a giver will always be a giver. People will start burdening him with more demands 'with love' nd he will be a permanant resident of a slaughter house whenever a need arises.

All the forum ppls rants are based on this. Dont get us wrong nd dont point fingers only at pre. She is one part of the entire picture for sacrifice. A person has to be happy to make others happy. But after this self destructive step nd aft marriage if komo's true colors are revealed not a single person is gonno be happy.

Who is to be blamed for this?

This is similar to what how people expressed their frustration about the writer who sketched the character "Anurag", and rightly so .

Three main faults with this character are -

1) He always takes decisions on an impulse, specially those concerning prerna , that too without consulting her .

2) Saviour complex

3) Insecurity and trust issues (this point is not valid now, only after Anu marries pre )
