In sbs segment Hina said that in the KomoPre confrontation Komo is right.

Because the rape charge is not valid in this case of Shivani.. As both Shivani and Ronit love eatch other.. Hina said Shivani will clear this misunderstanding.. And Komo is right here..

So the cvs are trying to justify Komo by using the rape term as a mistake.. They are not aware of the Indian law actually.. 😆

Prerna didn't file the case alone. Our most sensible Anu was with her too.. Sadly the cvs are trying to give Komo the upper hand so they are making the lead dumb. This happened in Naveen babu's case too...

But this time the cvs made fool of themselves in order to make Anupre careless.. Because Anupre are actually right here...

Let's see how our goof up expert cvs justify this mistake.. And learn the law next time..

Even when Anupre was arrested before at night the cvs forgot that Police can't arrest a girl at night.. So they sorted the goof up by editing extra line where police say that they have special order from magistrate to arrest the girl too..

How is it rape ?
As per the law , it isn't rape by any means
