I don't think both will get hurt.. It will be only Anurag.. And sid will get hurt but little bit.. And both prerna and sid will take him to hospital.. Because someone should be there to witness prerna's love for Anurag na..dono behosh honge toh kaise chalega..

True,Prerna just knows Anurag is in danger.Naveens truth is still hidden.I saw the video,the actor playing Naveen is too irritating,it's borderline irritating.
