At Basu house Navin is seen getting dressed for rasam .
Nivedita 's husband, Anupam comes to advise Navin and tries to show him their similarities ..they both were cheap in their desires ... Navin desired for Prerna and got her. While he wished to be a ghar jamayi in wealthy family n he too bacame one ...
Navin dislikes Anupam and retorts back ..
At Sharma house Suman asks Veena to think it over and go to Prerna's adaan pradaan rasam , Veena refuses, Suman argues that Basu family mght feel insulted . Suman Veena have argument . Rght then Rajesh arrives and orders every one to get dressed as they were going to attend prerna's rasam at Basu mansion . As Prerna gets dressed up in gaudy banarasi saree n red chunari ...She thanks her family for coming to her rasam . Veena warns her that they were going for the sake of family prestige not because they approved of Prerna's choice or they were blinded by her groom's wealth ... The family is leaving for Basu house ...
Suman notices Rajesh's phone getting a call from Moloy ,she takes the call , he realizes that Moloy knew nothing about Prerna Navin allaince . She decides to cut the call by making excuses . She does not inform Rajesh about moloy's call . Neither does she inform Moloy about the allaince .
Moloy has happily decided to surprise his family by arriving today a day before they expected him .
He recollects how he had spoken to Rajesh earlier about their turning their friendship into rishtedaari by Anu Pre wedding. How they were best suited, how Rajesh had laughed it off saying his wife and Moloy's wife would be at war all the time and how Anu Pre were like chalk n cheese . how Moloy had argued two opposites met n completed eachother . He smiles as he decides to discuss the topic of AnuPre wedding with Rajesh this time again on reaching home .
At Basu house Mohini asks Anurag to get dressed for the function in their house tonight , anurag asks which function ??
Mohini replies it was navin's adaan predaan . Anurag asks was he marrying again ?? After two divorces ? Mohini replies that for him there would be no dearth of girls as long as he remained wealthy . SHe selects a shervani for Anurag and asks him to get dressed .
Prerna arrives at Basu house with her family Mohini and Nabin Receive them. Prerna is asked to keep her janam patri / horoscope at mandir .
Anurag notices prerna in his house dressed up in bright banarasi saree with red chunari, he wonders why she was dressed up like this. He thinks his mother might have invited them for Navin's function .
Nivedita disapproves of their mother giving so many gifts and jewellery to Navin's wife Prerna .. all that belonged to only the Basu siblings . she is also worried that if mohini gave so.much to Navin's wife ,she might give away every thing to Anurag's wife when she arrived !!!
Anu wonders who was Navin marrying ?? He is sure it must be Chandrika a girl from his college , Prerna sees anurag a nd asks him the way to the mandir .
Anurag tells Prerna that he was sure his mamu was marrying chandrika ,
Prerna is shocked to hear this . Anurag continues how greedy girls could get, that they were willing to marry an elderly guy for his money . He happily says he knew Prerna was not like them. She wished for love in her relationships and had no greed for wealth .
Right Then Navin arrives there , anurag is annoyed as he notices Navin put his hand on prerna's waist .. He asks how was his choice ?? he shocks Anurag by saying that he was marrying Prerna , he declares happily Navin weds Prerna . Anurag is shocked. He stares at prerna , she looks away feeling awkward . Navin Grabs Prerna's waist tightly and drags her away . Prerna feels very uncomfortable and disgusted, she tries to free herself but Navin refuses to let go . Anurag notices how uncomfortable Prerna was .He wonders if his baba knew anything about this alliance .
Anurag feels something was surely wrong in this allaince . He decides to find out.
Mohini is pleased to hear this. She gifts her with lots of jewelry. Nivedita feels jealous that mother was giving something Which she liked for herself . Her husband asks her to calm down. He offers to steal it from Prerna later n get it to Niv .
Mohini taunts Veena for denying this alliance initially , she insults her n says demeaning things to her . Veena bears it quietly ,seething underneath .
Prerna is sitting next to navin for adaan predaan rasam Anurag is asked to perform the rasams in absence of his father ,
Anurag is asked to bless the couple by giving coconut , betel nut and betel leaf to the bride to be to signify how welcomed she was at her sasuraal .Pandit then asks Anu to whisper good wishes into bride's ear.
Anurag asks her why was she doing this. THis was Navin's 3rd marriage , did she have any problem ?? He was there to help her .Asks her to tell him .he asks if this was a forced marriage , she could refuse , he would support her . he says he knew she was not the type of a girl who would marry for wealth .
Prerna remains mute .
Anurag says if she was in any problem he could help her, they were all there to help her out he pleads her to tell him , pre remains quiet
Anurag refuses to believe Prerna agreed to this wedding on her own .
Moloy's flight is seen landing at Kolkata airport .
Pandit ji matches janam patries of Navin Prerna
He is about to announce some auspicious days ,,..one was after 20 days and another after a year .but Nabin Demands wedding with in 20 days , prerna's brother disagrees as it would be impossible for all the rasams and arrangements from their side .
Veena too asks for more time .
Mohini declares tha all rasams would be as per bengali traditions as Pre was marrying into bengali family .
Prerna tells pandit ji that wedding after 20 days was OK and they agreed to Bengali wedding .

Anurag wonders with disapproval why was mamu taking prerna to his room ??

In His room Mamu tries to get close to prerna saying how he fell in love with her the day she first landed up in his room ,he assures her his room in London was much bigger and very comfortable . She would never face any problems there .
He tries to hug her n touch her. Prerna is seen cringing at his every touch But he keeps lusting for her .
He hands her a cheque with huge amount /blank cheque as per his promise .
Right Then Anurag enters the room . Prerna hides that check . Anurag makes an excuse for coming to their room . He checks out Prerna .

Anurag notices how uncomfortable Prerna was when Navin asks for her hand . Mohini says prerna now belonged to him he need not seek permission for anything now ..Rajesh watches with heavy heart Navin holding prerna's hand .
