I think it is bajaj himself!! He wants anurag to suffer! Maybe thats the reason why he is pointing out all the mistakes to anurag and he is also repeatedly trying to convince Prerna that anurag is wrong!!!

if it is bajaj i m sure he is not stupid enough to antagonoise prerna n make her against him...of course he himself planned his own murder with prerna but i think it was genuinely to get the criminal out...it is surely someone who does want anurag punished.bajaj will i think never ever do something so that his family life with prerna will suffer after taking so much pains to built it.........
