It's more like what the Multanis and Lahoris wear. It's called 'shalwar' over there in Pakistan. I had come across this peice of info long back. It's what Muslims wear and that is why I referred to it as Pakistani style::))

shalwar kameez is not only restricted to Muslims and neither its a Muslim dress.Its just the National dress of Pakistan.even Hindus or Christions wear it in Pakistan.

I know about that nazish. But since the majority of people wearing shalwar kameez of that Pak style are muslims, that is why I stated them- I really didnt want you to feel hurt/offended.

Salwar-Kameez of the indian style is like India's national dress as well- anyone and everyone wears it, irrespective of religion ofcourse:))
