In UK Prem keeps on referring to Sneha, as his little sister, when in fact Sneha is his elder sister, by probably 8 years.

Sneha was 8 when she was diagnosed with cancer, so Prem was born.

Kasak is the youngest. And she is his half-sister, while Kuki & Vishaka are his step-sisters.

I think boys are always protective towards their sisters and even if they are younger they think of themselves as older. I have a cousin bro who is 4 years younger than me but behaves as if he was born first, lol.
