i think the burka lady is Prem's first love, Mukti cause If i can remember Prem and Palchin only had 1 child which i thought was Dhara. Didn't Mukti had a child for Prem before she left the show, maybe now Rud is back she wants to see him but keep getting intrupted. I don't see any other reason.

mukti had died in an accident i doubt that it is her
and no she didnt have any kids

Mukti did not have any children. If she did, the kid would be a lot older than Rudra is right now, because, she would have had to have the kid before the 5 year leap, and much before she died. Its just not possible.
