doctors said that patient kopechli zindaggi ke bare main kuch nahi pata hota same as bajaj den how did he came to know that its anurag and waise bhi 20 saal pehle anurag had a different face and now diffrent , so mr bajaj ko kaisepata chala that he is anurag.

there are many more reasons which prove that he is not bajaj .

I think he's not bajaj, he is also a part of conspiracy that is being made against Prerna by some woman...maybe Komolika... as we've seen in 19th Nov episode that Prerna's life is in danger and all this has been planned by some woman...
