Note: By some freakish coincidence, the story of the actual KZK has begun to run somewhat parallel to the plot of "Prema". Therefore just want to reinforce that in this FF, the main characters are Tina as Mukti and Manoj as Prem.

A Lost Little Girl

Bajaj House, Mumbai. Prerna is in her room when she notices that her cellphone's battery is not being re-charged. She puts it back into the outlet and turns the phone on again.

Prerna: Yeh kaise ho sakta hai. Maine to phone khud charge karnay kay liye lagaya tha.

The phone starts ringing.

Prerna: Hello?

Satara, Mukti's office.

Nina: Hello, Is this Mrs. Bajaj?

Prerna: Yes, aap kaun?

Nina: Mrs. Bajaj, main Mukti ki PA Nina bol rahi hoon. Main usse kab sey contact karne ki koshish kar rahi ho par koi jawab nahin aa raha hai. Kya aap mujhe bata sakti hai keh ab uski beti kaisi heh aur woh Satara kab waapas aa rahe?

Prerna(shocked out of her life): Kya? Mukti ab Satara main nahin hai? To woh ab kahaan hai?

Nina(confused): Mrs. Bajaj, aap nay khud hi to Mukti ko Mumbai bolaya tha. Apni secretary kay through. Us ki beti ka accident hua tha. Remember?

Prerna: Maine? Maine aisa kab kiya? Aur accident, Prema ka kab- (suddenly realizing) Prema, yeh tum nay kya kar diya?

Nina: Mrs. Bajaj, is everything alright?

Prerna: Kya aap mera kaam kar sakti hai. Aap Mukti to dobara contact karne ki koshish kare, usse kahe keh Prema theek hai. Woh waapas Satara chali jaye.

Nina: Okay. Sure.

Prerna: Thank you.

She hangs up the phone.

Prerna(thinking): Prema, yeh tune kya kiya agar Prem ney Mukti ko dekh liya to woh apne aap ko sambhal nahin paye ga.

Prem's Car, Prem is driving and Mukti is sitting beside him. She is shaking her cellphone. Prem looks at her

Prem: Hum construction site kay pass sey guzar rahe, yaahan signal nahin aaye ga.

Mukti looks at him and then quickly averts her eyes. Then almost as if she cannot bear not to look at him, she steals another look towards him. Prem catches her looking at him but does not say anything. Mukti takes a deep breath.

Mukti: Kya tum mujh se poocho gaye nahin kay main itne saal kahaan thi?

Prem stops the car and looks at her almost as if he can read her mind.

Prem: Jab main chota tha, ek cheez jo Apurna ney mujhe sikhai thi woh yeh thi keh is duniya main hum apne siwa kissi par bhi bharosa nahin kar sakte. Everything that I have ever seen in my life has confirmed this, everything but you.

Mukti's eyes fill with tears.

Prem: You were there for me when I was not there for myself, Mukti. If you left me, there must have been a good reason why. I don't need to know the reason, its enough that you know it.

Mukti: Kya tum mujh par itna bharosa karte ho?

Prem: Jab tumne mujh sey pehli baar kahaan tha keh tum mujh sey pyar karti, maine bahut sochne ki koshish kari keh tum mujh sey itna pyar kyun karti par meray pass is sawal koi jawab nahin aaya. Later on, I realized it was stupid to even think of this, miracles should not be questioned. So how can I question you now?

And he continues to drive on.

Scene 3, Bajaj House, the little Mandir room. PD is standing at the alter, praying.

PD: Please Bhagvan, please meray Mamma Papa ko mila do. Agar aap un dono ko mila do gaye, I promise main kabhi Mamma ko taang nahin karungi. Unki har baat maanu gi. Main khaane kay time par kabhi khelne kabhu nahin jaaon gi. Par please aap mera plan successful kar do.

Prerna enters the room angrily. She has heard the last part of PD's prayer. .

Prerna: Prema, yeh tu kis plan ki baat kar rahi hai?

PD: I am sorry Big P, main yeh aap ko bata nahin sakti maine kissi sey promise kiya hai.

Prerna(getting angrier): Prema, kya tune hi apni maa ko Mumbai bolaya hai?

PD: Aap ko kis ney bataya?

Prerna: To yeh sach hai. Tu ney hi Mukti ko Mumbai ko waapas bolaya hai?

PD(defiantly): Haan, maine hi apni Mamma ko waapas bolwaya hai taake woh Prem sey milay aur ab aap bahut late ho chuki ho. Ab tak un dono ney ek doosray ko dekh liya hoga.

Prerna(livid): Prema, tu nahin jaanti tu ney kya kiya. Tu ney Prem ka junoon nahin dekha hai. Ab woh usse kabhi bhi bhula nahin paye ga.

PD: Woh kabhi bhi Mamma ko bhool sakte bhi nahin hai.

Prerna(so lost in her anger, she doesn't realize who she is talking to): Main Prem aur Mukti ko bahut achi tara jaanti hoon. Ab Prem Palchin kay saath reh nahin paye ga aur Mukti usse Palchin ko chorne nahin daygi. Tu ne ek hi jhatke nahi sirf Prem aur Mukti ki balkay bechari Palchin ki bhi zindagi kharab kardi

PD starts crying.

PD(through tears): Aap kuch nahin samajhti. Maine promise kiya tha aur main kabhi bhi apna promise break nahin karti.

She runs out of the room crying.

Prerna's expression changes as the force of her own words hit her and she realizes she has said far too much. She clasps her hands to her mouth

Prerna(now crying with horrified tears): Prema, beta, please waapas aaja. Mera yeh matlaab nahin tha.

She falls to the ground, holding her head in her hands.

KZK's music starts playing in the background.

Mujhe se rootha na aise

Flash of Prem when he walks away from Prerna when she first calls him her mstake

Meri nanhi si jaan ho tum

Flash of PD running from Prerna as Prerna yells at her

Tumhi sey zindagi meri

Flash of Prerna holding Prem's face in her hands

Then flash of Prerna kssing PD on her forhead.

Tumhi sey har khushi meri

Flash of Mukti hugging Prerna

Flash of PD hugging Prerna

Par deyna paaoon jo tu chahe

Flash of Prema telling Prerna she will get her parents to meewt each other

Tamanna kaise ho puri

Flash of Prem with Palchin

Aur kab tak dasegi

Present- Prerna looking utterly helpless

Kasauti Zindagi Ki

Present- Prem and Mukti in the car on their way home

Kasauti Zindagi Kay

Present-A heavily pregnant Palchin eavesdropping from outside the room, also with tears streaming down her face.

-The episode should have ended here but I made you guys wait so long that I am putting more of it.

Scene 4. Prem's car pulls up on the Bajaj driveway. Both Prem and Mukti, they have not said a word to each other ever since their conversation in the car, get out.

Mukti runs up the front steps, trying her best to get away from him before she loses control once again. She enters the Bajaj House. Sneha is sitting in the living room. She looks up and see who it is. She rushes towards Mukti, enveloping her in a bear hug.

Sneha: Mukti! Mukti! Tu waapas aa gaye! Meri behen waapas aa gaye! (She stares into Mukti's face, confirming reality) Mujhe pata tha keh tum itni der hum sab kay bina nahin ji paoon gi. Maine Mamma sey kahaan tha keh tu zaroor waapas aaye gi.

Prem's expression is shown as it becomes apparent to him that both Sneha and Prerna knew Mukti was alive and did not tell him about it. But he still does not say anything.

Prerna comes down the steps with a very anxious expression on her face. Upon catching sight of Prem and Mukti, she turns even paler. Both Sneha and Mukti notice this and at once run up to her.

Sneha: Mamma! Kya hua?

But Prerna has eyes for no one but Mukti and looks at her with a look of utter despair on her face.

Prerna(in a quietly hysterical voice): Prema, I can't find Prema. Woh apne room main nahin hain. Woh puray ghar main nahin, woh kahin par nahin hai.She's gone.

Prem at once starts forward but then stops as Mukti starts speaking.

Mukti: Choti Ma, kya matlab keh woh kahin hai. She has to be somewhere. Aap ne yeh ghar saahin sey dekha nahin hoga. Woh yaahin par hogi.

Prerna: Naahin, woh kahin nahin hai, Maine har jaga check kar liya hai. Yeh sab meri ghalti hai, maine aaj usse bahut daata tha aur shayad is waaje sey woh ghar chor kar chali gi.

Mukti(in realized horror): You mean, she's alone on the streets of Mumbai. Oh my God, Mujhe usse faraun waapas laana hoga.

She runs towards her the front door when Prem grabs her arm and pulls her towards him.

Prem: Mukti, why are you so concerned about PD? You don't even know her. Infact tum to usse kabhi milay bhi nahin ho.

Mukti wrenches herself impatiently.

Mukti(forcefully): Tumhe kya abhi tak samajh nahi aaya hai? Prema humari beti hai. Meri aur tumhari. Valentine's Day wali raat.. (her voice trails off)

Every single person in the room holds their breath as Prem finally realizes what they all knew. He stands still for a moment, shell shocked.

Prem: Oh mu God, that's why.. she said all those things. That's why I could never stop thinking about you whenever I saw her. Jabhi her eyes were exactly like Mother India's. Oh My God, why in the hell didn't you tell me?

Mukti: Prem, I am sorry tumhe us kay baray main aise pata chala par abhi I have to go. I have to go look for my daughter.

At first it seemed as if Prem had not heard her. Then he clenched her hand more tightly than ever before.

Prem: You mean our daughter.

At this last staemnt, Prerna looks at him.

Prerna( in a low voice): Prem…

Prem looks at her, daring her to stop him.

Prerna(as if she has come to a difficult decision): Mukti ka khayal rakhna.

And a look of silent understanding passes between the mother and child and then as suddenly as they had burst through, Prem and Mukti once again disappear through the front door.

Scene 5, Prem's car once again on the streets of Mumbai. Mukti has clenched her fists together. Prem looks at her.

Prem: Mukti, we will find her. I don't know how but we will..

Mukti(bitterly): Yeh sab meri ghalti hai. Mujhe pata hona chahi tha keh woh kuch aisa karegi. Main jin logo sey sab sey ziyaada pyar karti unhi ki takleef ka kaaran ban jati hoon.

Prem: Don't say that. you know its ridiculous. Tum is may kar kya sakti ho, tumhari waaja sey thori na Mother India ney usse daata.

Mukti: Prem, Choti Ma nai usse hum dono ki waaja sey daanta. Don't you get it? Humain ek dooseray sey park main milwana ka idea Prem ka tha.

Prem pulls the car to an abrupt stop.

Prem: What? I mean how do you know?

Mukti: Kyunki main apni beti ko jaanti hoon. Kyun?

A knowing look comes on Prem's face. He suddenly starts the car again and starts speeding off in another direction.

Mukti: Prem, hum kahaan ja rahe hai?

Prem: PD kay pass.

Mukti: Par tumhe ek dam sey kaise pata chala keh woh kaha hogi?

Prem: Kyunki main PD ko jaanta hoon.

Mukti glares at him.

Prem(his voice grows heavy with emotions): Okay fine, back when Dad Basu and Daddy Cool were alive and your Choti Ma was going on about how terrible I was, I sometimes felt lost. Especially when they misunderstood me. Whenever that happened, main hamesha Prem ki samadhi par jata tha. I don't know I felt connected to that place. Perhaps that place connected my parents, linked them together more than Sneha and I ever could. Mujhe lagta tha keh us jaga ki waaja sey hi to main hoon, meri pehchaan hai, kyunki agar aaj woh Prem zinda hota to Mother India aur aur Dad Basu mujhe kabhi is duniya main nahin laate.

His voice breaks at the last sentence and Mukti reaches for him.

Prem(strenghthening): The point is I went to the one place jo mujhe laga mujh sey jodi hai kyunki woh un sey jodi hai jo mujhe sey joday hai. PD will also go to such a place.

Mukti: And that will be the place where she wanted her parents to meet.

Prem: Exactly

Saying this, he pulled over outside the park. Mukti grabs his hand and pulls him inside the park. The rain makes it difficult for them to see anything but they finally make a figure out. Curled under the bench on which Prem had waited an eternity lay a tiny little figure of a lost little girl who had cried herself off to sleep.

Mukti reaches her first. She pulls the child from under the bench. In an instant later Prem is there. Taking his coat off to wrap around PD. Enveloped by the two people who love her most in the world, PD wakes up for a moment, looks at them.

PD(drowsily): Mujhe pata tha aap dono aaoo gaye.

She falls back to sleep. Mukti picks the girl up and carries her back to the car. They get insde the car, Prema fast asleep on Mukti's lap.

Prem(whispering): Is she asleep now?

Mukti(also whispering): Yes, why?

Prem(continues to whisper): Jo main aap kahun ga halki awaaz main kahoon go taake Prema na jaage par think of it as I am yelling the questions.

Mukti: I thought tum mujh sey koi sawal nahin poocho gaye.

Prem: That was before I found out we had a daughter. Thanks for letting me know.

Mukti: Prem, How could I tell you? There was never a good moment.

Prem(sardonically): Oh really, you mean aside from all that time we spent together during the event preparation jab tum obviously Prema kay saath pregnant thi. And I know, how about the many times I proposed to you, jab tum kuch nahin keh sakti thi.

Mukti(sarcastically): Tumhara matlab keh tum se yeh jab kehti jab tum us Debonita ko ley kar mujhe jalane ki koshish kar rahe thay ya phir jab tum meri Choti Ma ki zindagi barbaad kar rahe thay.

Prem looks as if he is about to retort when his phone starts ringing. He sees who it is and picks it up.

Prem(on the phone): Haan, Prema humain mil gaye hai. Hum usse ghar la rahe. (he listens on the other end) What? Are you serious! Of course..of course hum abhi pahoch rahe hai

He hangs up, not quite believing what has happened.

Mukti: Prem, kya hua?

Prem(dazed): Palchin, she's just gone into labour.

Yeah, "Prema" will end at episode 20 that is three episodes later.

Man. interesting episode. Think Palchin should die and let Mukti keep her baby. Think thats what Prem is gonna do after labour. Anyways, hope u can continue soon and please make it be real soon.

I loved the episode and I also hope Palchin dies and maybe even the baby because only Prem, Mukti and Prema look cute together. Just my opinion hope no one gets offended. Please don't make us wait as long as last time. Continue soon.
