Can any one tell me how does Anurag find out that Prem (first prem) is actually his and Prerna's son. At that time he was already married to Komolika. Anurag actually thought that Prem actually was her brother's son. Would appreciate the response.

i dont exactly remember i think he found out from the doctor who was with prerna when she gave birth

Anurag's sister (whose name i dont recall) married Prerna's younger brother Mahesh. When she goes to the house as a bahu, she overhears Prerna telling the truth to her mother and she goes and tells Anurag that Prem is Prerna's and his son son.
