Very well put, Gargi. When i put myself in Anurag's shoes and think about what he is going through, my respect for him grows even more.

I agree that Anu needs to get better hold of his emotions. He loves prerna very much and her love is his life. And his love is so strong that it can help him move ahead in life. He doesn't need to stop loving her; infact that is not even possible. But he does need to move ahead and he had tried this when he went away to London before the leap. But time and time again, it is prerna who doesn't let him move ahead in life. More than prerna's love, it is that hatred of her that holds Anu back. It reminds him of old memories and good times he spent with prerna. As Sumpida said to prerna few episodes back, Anu hasn' t moved ahead in life because prerna has never let him. I believe that Anurag was better off when he was in London and Anurag knows this himself. But, it is fate that brings Anu back in Prerna's life every time he decides to move away. Anurag tries to move ahead and get over his pain, but the strings that pull him back are just too strong and too many. Afterall, he is a human-being, not God.
