yeah she had blood cancer...she was leaving for london i guess n she told pulchin not to tell this to prem n promise tht she will take care of prem!

She had blood cancer but who knows she might come back
I mean a person who can survive bullets shot at his chest, fall down from a cliff, get attacked by a croc
then what is cancer compared to there things 😆
