And Zaara, firstly, Sunny WAS a coolbie for Sarrkkar...now she is not. But VJ has forgotten to change her status 😆 And, even Dev Team members can get a warning for the mods of that particular section. For eg: I moderate Star..if I go & break rules in say, KS section, the Sony CMs can raise my warning levels...technicallly even KS mods can..but they will consult their CMs b4 warning another CM..but it generally does not happen coz Mods are chosen after the approval of each & every exsisting member of the Dev Team, so we know that the ppl we are promoting are good!

I don't need to ask you anything abt how the Dev Team functions...ur warning level & the reason for teh warning, both are visible to me. & KYPH was anyway one of the most problematic sections around
