hi think he is either prem or a man sent by prem as prem always wanted to take revenge for his dad's death from prerna and also hated 'soldier' so he engaged tushar with someone's fake death..well its just my opinion...anyways..

or there is even a possibility as everybody in forum over here say taht he is anurag himself...but i dont think so becoz they showed that crocodile scene and all that and i dont think anybody can stay alive after that....lol
