hey i was thinking about how hiten tejwani jus came in as pratham mittal and in kutumb he was referred to as PM but here in Kasauti PM refers to Prem and Mukti so i was wondering if anyone could think up another nickname for hiten as it can confuse some ppl

hiten is r PM from 5 yrs...ever since kutumb we have been calling him PM ...just cant think of anything else for him...just refer as pratham then

bt i didn't knew that kzk refers prem mukti as PM,😕

yeah in the forum prem mukti have been referred to as PM
like with anu prerna there called AP and prerna bajaj PRB

Calling him pratham would be a better option!!!!!!!!

maybe we can do this: Pratham Mittal-Pm and Prem-Mukti- PM(or MP-mukti-prem), or we can just put ()-for Pratham Mittal, and [] for mukti
