Well i don't know, but after seeing the video i think....... maybe, coz they showed prerna shooting anurag and blood flying on kali maa's forehead( something like "Raqt ka bhog" as the pandit had said) and Pratham walking so yeah he could be Anurag! 😛
But what a change in personality: a cigar???? 😕 and the hair? 😆
