I am a sincere, determined, perfectionist and a home loving Mumbaikar. I have been born and brought up here. I always wanted to be an actor. I take a lot of time getting to know people. I prefer to stay away from a crowd, even a company of four people is a crowd to me. Basically I am an introvert who can be an extrovert only with people close to me. In general, people take a lot of time to understand me and I take a lot of time in understanding people. I do have a sense of humour. On being Om I have been playing Om since five years. I had shot for its pilot in 2000. When the leap happened, I settled into my character. I have enjoyed playing the character for long. But as an actor, I don't want to remain Om for life. I have enjoyed my popularity and recognition. I need to move on career wise.
