Sarrkar visits Middle East

These days producers will do anything. Apparently the entire Sarrkar cast, is being carted to Dubai on 27 July for a lavish launch there.This is being done to give it some push. The serial, based loosely on incidences and characters inspired by the Gandhi family, promised much, but has been a dampener so far.
Promising performances by the likes of Rohit Roy and Mauli Ganguly aside, the story does not have much to offer. Well lets wait and watch if it makes a difference to the serial's performance.
