Anurag is thinking what he should do now. He is angry and confused. Mohini comes and says everything will be fine, and Anu says the best thing to do is to tell the police that he was the one who caused the accident. Mohini says that he gave her his word. She thinks it is best that she send the family back to Mumbai and not tell anyone of the accident just yet. Sneha is in Prerna's room. Prerna sees her and asks who she is. She runs out crying, and Anurag consoles her. Anu enters the room and Prerna asks how she landed up there. Anu told her they had an accident. She tells her that they are in Kolkata.She asks if he was alright, and takes his hand.
Sneha outside crying, Mahesh walks in and sees her. He asks about details. She tells him that Bajaj is in coma, which he sees. Mahesh advises sneha that kasak is coming, and that since she is pregnant and not well, it is better not to tell her about prerna's mental condition.Mahesh sees that Anurag's hand is held by Prerna. He goes into the room and asks Anu to remove his hand. Anu tells him that they should talk outside. Anu tells him abut the amnesia, and he encourages Anurag to tell prerna the truth, but the doctor intercepts and says NO. Kasak comes and asks Sneha about prerna and bajaj. sneha only cries, so kasak looks in the room to see prerna. She walks in and asks how she is doing. Prerna asks who she is, and kasak is dumb-founded. Anurag takes her outside to sneha. Kasak has some severe pain in her stomach. Anurag re-enters, and says that Kasak is the daughter of a family member, and prerna hasnt seen her since childhood.
Prerna sleeps and gets a pain in her head which forces her to wake up abruptly.Anurag puts her to bed again, and calls for the doctor. He rushes outside to see only 1 nurse, and Anurag see's everyone heading for ICU. He asks the nurse whats happening to Mr. Bajaj, and she tells him that his condition is getting worse, he's slipping. The doctors give him heart difibulator, and he is better.The next morning, Sam comes and tells Anu to get fresh and she will look after Prerna. Prerna wakes up and sees Sam. She asks who she is and Anu tells her that she is the friend that Anu told her about from London. He says the medicines must be affecting her memory.
Mahesh comes and tells Anu that he has spoken to the doctors, and he can take Bajaj and Prerna home with precautions. Anu says its not a good idea since Prerna cannot be reminded about her present life. Mahesh says he will take Bajaj home now, but will come back to Kolkata for prerna, and to find out who was behind the attack.
In prerna's room, she is complaining about how she wants to go home. She says that she needs to go home, cos Prem will not be able to survive without her.Close up on Anu's face
