Kasauti will be taking another 20 year leap-a new generation. Manoj is not willing to play a 45 year old man, as he thikis that he is too young to play such a old character. Therefor he has decided to leave.

actors are not happy with the leaps as it is going for another 20 yr leap he is not happy an has decided to quit
