well he loves sam now, but i think it's a fact that he loves prerna the most, first as a lover and now as a dost!

Defintly prerna. He is there for her always whether as a frnd or as a lover. He trusts her the most and the only mission of his life is to save prerna from kasauttiss!! 😆

even though he and sam are married now but prerna was his 1st luv 😆 😆 😆 and there's a saying that u can never forget ur first luv and well.........he is always there 4 prerna ......so he stills loves his 2st luv prerna and then maybe sam 😆
