What would you want in a marriage???

Hey Everyone,
I just want to ask a simple question to all the guys and girls out there on IF...

When you get married....would you want to get married for love or have an arranged marriage?????

I am girl and I am being forced into these arranged marriages😭.....what do you think i should do and what should i tell my parents????

Ever since I have watched KZK.....i have been just completely changed my views on everything...this show makes me wish my life would be like that( well just all the cute love parts not the problems)so if anyone out there can answer my questions or has an opinion please do TELL!!!😃😊

totally i mean itz not lik ur rents r gonna be livin with dat person n how would they no if u'll be happy with da guy if ur lik really againist it n u don't wanna marry da person jus tell em n if they don't lik it jus say itz my life, i'm da 1 dat should hav a say in whether i wanna spend my entire life with a person whom i no nothin bout other than da fact dat u guys approve i no dat sounds harsh but itz da truth after all itz gonna be u who ends up with da guy if it was me i'd say dat n therez no way i'm gonna end up gettin an arranged marriage cuz if u think bout it now a days da marriages dat don't last r arranged marriages speakin from personal experiences

love, i mean, yeh i agree, it not their life, and yeh, they can't make ever desicion(sp 😆 ) of our lives

Hey, tell ur mom/dad, Look, i know tht u luv me, and u think u know the best for me, but it's my life too, i need to make my desicions(sp😆), tht's how'll learn to live life, life is abt luv, family and making desicions(sp) if i don't i won't be able to learn, and i might want to do something else in life, and wait, then get married. I will get married, and i don't want to spend my life with this guy tht ur making me get married with, i don't think i'll be able to stay happy if i get married to this guy, and parents always want their kids to be happy, so please, i beg of you, i don't want to get married to this guy, please. (i hope tht helps😊 stay happy, and be happy😊i'll pray for u tht u get to make ur own desicions)

i would say that what do you want to do??? do you want to have arrange marriage or love marriage??? my parents want me to have arrange marriage but i told them that i want to have love marriage, and i also told them that i am not gonna spend my whole life with a stranger, i want to be with someone whom i love and who loves me, i aslo told them that if u want me to have arrange marriage i will but i dont want a guy who is "mamma's boy." i serious hate mamma's boyz cuz that leds a fight with husband and wife. thats wht i think. just tell your parents that you need some more time to think, after all its your own life, you have to spend your whole life with a boy whom you dont know.thats my opinion. 😃

this is the biggest problem indian people face in todays generation. i know arranged marriages have been done since the begining of time and all...but times change, people change. sure arranged marrages worked for them, and some today even work. but young peoples views have changed a lot, we have been introduced to the word love. we are subjected to it everyday, in movies, tv and around us. we see it, and we all want it. so its hard to even consider an arranged marrage. parents need to understand that times have changed and they cant just shove their views down our throats and expect us to be happy. marrage is a commitment that you have to hold and respect for the rest of your life. so i think we have every right to decide who we want to spend our life with, and the only way we will know we are making the right choice of marrage is if we know and love that person. i would suggest you take the time to talk to your parents and explain to them how you feel on this situation. it might not be easy, but nothing in life is. best of luck with this hun! hope things work out!

Yh indian guyz n galz r alwayz arranged marriage... but see im lucky my parents said 2 me i can do wat eva i want 2 wen it cumz 2 marriage.. BUT I FINK LUV MARRAIGE IZ BETTER!!!
