I am pretty sure they will find out the truth before Sneha gets married to Omi. I mean, Ekta likes to reveal secrets at weddings, parties etc, so probably the OYA's truth will be out before their wedding.
Or, if OS get married, I am pretty sure Omi will be in love with Sneha. Though he wont show his affection at the beginning, but I think they will be fine in the end.
