I like ur reply and respect ur views .afterall u all of us has different angle of seeing things. But I am sorry to say u that I am not convinced .so I giving my argument .hope u will like it.
neither prem1 nor prem2 is anu son legally. I am talking of legally n not medically. Wen prem1 was born he was adopted by shekher(prerana brother) n it has never shown in kzk that anu has adopted him.
Abt prem2 ,u talked that wen bajaj signed the document he was not related to prerana. then u must be aware that wen anu signed the document in the hospital during prem2 operation he was also not related to prerana n married to apo*na . accoding to law , legally he can never be prem2 father as such type of relationship is not accepted by law unless u adopt that child . I think anu has never adopted prem. Abt his signing the document during operation , com on anybody can go to the hospital n tell that he is prem father that does not mean he becomes his father. That's the fault of the hospital absolutely. It was bajaj n prerana who always takes sneha to the docter. N that docter knew that bajaj is sneha father. That docter was never told that anu is sneha biological father. So they should not have allowed anu to sign the paper as father wen prerana,the mother of the child was present. One thing more u mentioned that anu signed for both sneha n prem2. then it was clear by that time that sneha was bajaj daughter proof( All her certificate has father name as risababh bajaj n name sneha bajaj). So signing of the docs does not prove anything. But I think u must be knowing the importance of birth certificate which has the sign of bajaj.
Ok I will accept prem2 as anu son if he adopt prem2 with dhol dhamaka from bajaj and n abt bajaj he is prem2 father so he don't need to adopt prem2 . wen somebody is ur son then again adopting him makes no sense and u know bajaj never do anything nonsense.
Abt telling basu house as cockroaches , I know they r very useful. In kzk they r very useful for the story to move forward by creating many melodramatic scenes. Always creating problem for themselves and others. But still then I will never call them cockroach becoz I respect wht friends view.
