6th Nov - Prerna leaves
My update from TCC. This episode is not worth repeating my thoughts overđ¤˘
One word. Ugh. Uggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggh. Ugh....oh and.....ugh
No reason to watch today's ep at ALL - I would rather suffer a slow death being stung by a hundred scorpions than have to sit through today's crapfest...oh wait, what am I saying - I DID sit through today's crapfest Someone kill me now....
Prerna's decision, Part....1000?
So, this never ending oscillation between Bajaj, Anurag, Bajaj, Anurag, Horihor, Bajaj and Anurag seems to come to a bitter end today (she hopes ). Prerna tells Mahesh and Rish that she is leaving. She will take Prem with her eventually, but for that, she needs to make some arrangements (like what, exactly? He's hardly high-maintenance these days )
She asks Bajaj to continue his naatak of owning Prem for a few days longer
Sneha comes in, with Prem, having heard everything. Sneha goes to Prerna and tells her that she is with her in this decision of hers. She also wants to go with her. Sneha is confusing the hell out of me these days....sometimes she fights with Prerna but becomes all goody-goody as soon as Rish is back in the pic, and now she supports Prerna over the father she dragged back home...
Prerna tells her that she should stay here (yes, stay here Sneha - after all, Omi is here, is he not? ) because she needs to look after this family after Prerna.
Anurag curses his luck
He apologises to Sam for what he said yesterday. Sam said that that was his truth, and that came out yesterday. She apologises for leaving him at a point where he needs support. But, says she, "I know that it is not my support you need. This Sampada has no value in your life. My pain, my tears, they mean nothing to you. If anything matters, it is Prerna's happiness. Whatever happened yesterday could also happen again. Till then, we have to live apart. Take care of yourself".
Haila! Both Anurag's wives are leaving him See, this is what comes of being sacrificial - na idhar ka raha, na udhar ka....now you can't turn to Prerna for your "pavitra rishta", nor can you cry and curse your kismat on Sam's shoulders...
Sam is about to leave the house when DHADAM! In comes....guess who? The cause and (apparently) solution to Sam's problems - Prerna ji.
Prerna interferes
She says that she is here to see Sam before she leaves. In this house, they shared laughter, pain and fears. "Today, I have made the biggest decision in my life, thanks to your help. Sam, if I made this decision, there was a reason. But you? Why are you leaving your house?" How presumptious of you to assume that Sam does not have a reason for leaving her house Prerna...
"A house, a family is made with lots of difficulty. It is not good to leave it like this." Says you
"Today, I am leaving, but Sneha, Tushar and Mahesh are here to take care of Mr. Bajaj. But who will take care of your husband?" Um...his mother? His uncles, Yamini Aiyoo, I'm sure Mr. Bajaj will pop in from time to time to sing sad songs
"I also don't want to leave my house. But my husband and my friend were deciding my life for me, because they thought that I am a woman, and am weak. But I will show them that a woman is not weak, she can make her own decisions. It's my life, and I'll decide how to live it". Blah blah blah...haven't we heard this all before?
But Sam, you don't have the right to live your own life and make your own decisions. OK, so she didn't say that, but that's what she means. She has no idea what has happened with AS, so who is she to interfere? Vaise toh she hates people interfering in her own life, but Madam Prerna has no qualms about interfering in others' lives. Pot, kettle, anyone?
"You are not in this decision of mine, so why should you leave your house? After I leave, your fear will also leave. You husband has trust on your rishta, which is why he tells you everything" Does he? That's news to me
"But my husband doubted me, and my friend gave an agnipareeksha and made that shak into a reality. But now I will live my life acc. to me. Your decisions are your own, so I should not talk too much" damn right you shouldn't, and yet you still continue...
"I just want to make you understand, that your happy family is with you. You should not leave. Take care of your home, but the rest is up to you. I'm leaving".
She leaves, and Anurag is left shocked. Sam also makes to leave. Lol, this scene is so funny - Anu is standing facing the door, with Sam and hen Prern with their backs to him. First Prerna leaves, and then Sam - both his lovers turn their backs on him
At the crucial moment, Sam stops, turns and runs back to her husband, and they sing a happy song whilst dancing in fields of yellow flowers. Who the hell cares? Show Prem
Is it me, or has this show suddenly turned into a musical? Every other minute there is some crappy tune or next to waste time and take our minds off the fact that the story has nothing going for it
Raapchik
There's a funny scene where Indro's followers are waiting for his raapchik pravachan. S&S (Samay/Sulabh) who have nothing better to do, wait for their baba to arrive. Indro comes in wearing jeans and his normal, pre-leap clothes and says that this is all thanks to a woman. Suddenly, Nari SWARG ka dwar hai The woman responsible for this turns up and says that she is from the Mehla Mukti Morcha (Mukti? Where? ) and this was all to teach him a lesson....blah blah blah...no mazaa today...
Prerna decides to go to.....?
Mahesh gives Prerna her tickets for....where else? Panchmeshwar. Prerna says her byes, to Sneha and Mahesh (Prem is once again AWOL)
Rish tries to stop her, and she gives yet another bhashan. She says that he has doubted not just her, but every woman who loves her husband unconditionally.
Excuse me while I puke. If Prerna is a shining example of how women love their husbands, I feel sorry for the men of this world, really...
She doesn't want to ruin her kids' lives by a divorce, so she is leaving. But my relationship with them will not break. As faithfully as I have loved them, they have returned that love (uh, are you forgetting? Prem only started "loving" you faithfully like a month ago) and you? You gave me just pain, and I will never forgive you for that. You know, if Bajaj had said all these dialogues years ago, we wouldn't be having this situation in the first place...
Bajaj agrees "Maybe, the love that you gave me was not returned by me. I promise you Prerna, the relations that you are leaving with me, I will stick to them. I will not make such a mistake again. This punishment that you are giving me is fine by me. You have asked for my word, sar aankhon par, I will never come in front of you. I will wait for you here. Maybe one day, one day you will....I pray that before I die, you will come back once"...
OK, Anurag Basu Part II....seriously Rishabh, now you are going to start cursing your kismat and staring at stupid falling stars, aren't you? Oy....
Prerna leaves. Rish goes into his room and sings a sad song..."maaf bhi kardo" blah blah blah.....ugh Has Rish straightened his hair? Looks nice and silky
Anurag Basu is at Bajaj House, watching Prerna leave(hasn;t he learned anything yet?), but she does not look at him.
Like I said, UGH If I have to sit through another stupid song between these three again, I think I might
Trust me, there is NOTHING salvageable from this episode, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
The only saving grace (possibly) is that, Prerna may meet Mukti/humshakal in Panchmeshwar and bring her back to Mumbai so that we can finally see some PM again....more fool us for still clinging on to the hope
