Shabbir Ahluwalia enters Kasauti Zindagi

Shabbir Ahluwalia is making his foray into yet another show from the Balaji stable. He is the latest and rather furious (quite literally!) entrant in Kasautii Zindagi Kii. He plays the role of Omi, a sports car enthusiast cum businessman. "I am playing Omi who belongs to a business family which is very different from the Basu and Bajaj families. Omi has a lot of passion for sports and even his entry scene shows him racing a sports car," says Shabbir talking about his entry into the serial.

Apart from Kahin To Hoga, Shabbir was also recently spotted in Kasamh Se playing a cameo. So will he have a similar character in this serial as well? "No, It will be a stretched character running for a long period of time. In Kasamh Se, I always knew that I was playing a cameo," Shabbir shoots back quite enthusiastically. In fact the idea of him playing the sports car enthusiasts excited him to no end for the reason that in real life too, he loves sports cars and racing is his passion! After all it's always nice to play a character close to you on the screen.
