How could Udi/Prem take over Bajaj group

Udi was only GM of the group. How could he take over it? Bajaj is the whole share holder. What happen to Prena's shares. May be chair person. Komolika just came out from the prison
Had not enough to invest.
Its Ektas wrong business ethic again.
Why bajaj didn't ask the help of police? ...........
And allow the thievs to come inside. ..........Mr.Bajaj can't hand over Prerna's shares. I can't stop my laugh😆

Arre yaar firstly, Yudi was not the GM...he was the MD...there is helluva differenc between the 2...& secondly ekta's serials have no logic...all the takeovers she has shown so far break every possible rule of SEBI & RoC 🤢 🤢

I dont know how it happened but i feel like bajaj deserves this because he did this to anurag for two times, now I hope he came to know how much it hurt to anurag when he did it for anurag.He really deserves this.
