hey in an interview somehwere i read that tina and manoj both believe in the art of livingg.. and follow it.. so what exactlyy is the art of livingg?

yeah i saw the same interview i guess that means they believe in meditating and stuff... well i'm not sure that's what I thought it meant.. may be someone else knows the exact meaning
