Exactly how can he now blame him to interfere in their buisness!Itz more a tUshar personal matter!Not bajaj..But yes bajaj have a right to say tuhsar that y he did this without informing him!There is not all any mistake of anu and y he should b blame for all this..

NOW bajaj should relize that what made my son to work in someothe complany although I have mine...ITZ ALL TUSHAR INSECURITIES thats y he took a decision to work in someother company...Itz a tushar personal matter so all those people who are saying that he is interfering in bajaj affairs....how they can say this!!ITZ NOT A BAJAJ PERSONAL MATTER, itz ur son personal decision, go and ask ur son, y he cheated this with him...HISTORY JUST REPEATING ITSELF!few dayz back bajaj gave tuhsar MD status to prem and now this time tushar did cheacting wihtout informing him that he has joined BASU PUBLICATION...all the past things which happened btw tushar and bajaj are now resulting this time!

Exactly thats all my point..He himslef acknowledge this fact in many episodes that we should not mixs personal and professional life but I m sure he will mixs them again..This is justt so not fair with tushar..TUSHAR IS MOST right in these circumstances.

ah c'mmon, what anurag did was something very professional and he doesnt have the habit of mixing professional life with his private life (which bajaj unfortunately did)...now if such a capable person like tushar, who has so many years experience working in one of the big companies (i.e., bajaj's co.), and utmost sincerity in his job, approaches anurag for work, why wouldnt anurag grant him the job?! And besides, anyways anurag doesnt have any kid who can take care of his business so tushar will be useful in his business...so appointing tushar was purely a professional decision!!
