Bajaj has no reason to blame Anu.

Well those who are saying that bajaj should blame anurag that y he gave a job to tushar!I think bajaj has no rights to blame him becasue he should think in a way that what made my son to take this decision, instead of blaming anurag he should think broadly and similarly he will get the answer of all his queries by himself.
If u take a notice then u ll realize that tushar was feeling insecure abt his status in business, when bajaj treat him badly by insulting him among the office staff..his mind was badly effected by all such insult thats y he started feeling insecure in his own father company.When prem and tushar misunderstanding was cleared, he asked his dad that he want to join someother company and Mr.bajaj even agreed to it.If he choosed a decision to work with basu publication then bajaj has no right to minxs basu publication and BTN with his and anurag personal relationship.Professionally, Basu publication and BTN are strong competitor of eachother!
So wat if ur son tried utilizing his capablities in his father opponent company..U r somewhere responsible for ur son astonished decision.Tushar will only get the satisfaction of his capablities if he will work with some other company.

And if tushar requested Anurag to give him the fair opportnuinty then Anurag as a gentleman and an intelligent professional did a wonderful thing.(Here he is not thinking of his personal relations with bajaj but here as a professional he is assining an intelligent person to do this work and giving him a fair chance to proove himself.)

And we also cant blame anurag for not telling bajaj before giving tushar a job as bajaj had cut off all informal relations with anurag...and again, before the presentations, anurag made an effort to tell bajaj, but bajaj ignored him and told him that he would only speak to him after the conference!

So under these reasons bajaj has no right to burst out on Anurag if he is anywhere planning to blame him for all this in moday episode..If he will do this then he would b the most immature person!!He should b mature enuff to understand the situation that y not my son supporting me at the moment coz anurag can never think of to be the opulent of bajaj, he can never think of hiring tuhsar for this confercne by himslef, tushar must have requested for it.

So bajaj has no rights to blame anu as so far he has done the right thing.

Arre Maddy u r right @ ur place as Rishu was too Rude wid Tushar..But he was also very tensed!!! But I think tht ur Anu is not a gentleman!(Soor dont want 2 hurt u)........He wants to be! Every time he do such an unblievable thing which can create hurdles and more hatteness for him!! As last night Rishu told him to stay away frm his family matterz!!! Then y he is continusly jumpping like a pingpong ball in their family matterz. I think ur Anu has no self respect & he is unawre of the truth tht hes a man widout a little bit self respect!!!
